* Tenants are required to pay one months deposit in advance.
* Tenants are required for pay for lost keys - equivalent to cost incurred.
* Changing of tenancy documents AFTER commencement £50.00
*  Early Termination - a charge not exceeding the financial loss suffered by the landlord.
* Late rent - interest charged at 3% above Bank of England base rent after 14 days.

GET TO KNOW NICOLA

Nicola Dardis has over thirty years experience in the property business. She started her career as a Secretary at Adam Kennedy Estate Agents and worked her way up to Sales Negotiator.


Nicola then spent five years at The Woolwich, now known as Haart Estate Agents, managing the Lettings Department as Senior Negotiator. Following this, she moved to Churchill Estates, where she held the position of Branch Manager for twelve years.

When the recession hit, Churchills sadly closed and Nicola went on to set up her own property management agency in London, which has been running successfully for ten years. Her property business now spans Essex & Hertfordshire.

Nicola has many loyal clients, most of whom have followed her through each career move. Her honest and down-to-earth approach has kept her a step ahead of the competition.
